That's on my office wall, and it's how I live my life and run this company. Holding fast to my faith, I drive this company not for money or arbitrary growth, but to make a real impact in real people's lives. I believe candor is one of the most valuable character traits a person can have.
We are first responders first
That's where the standards come from. Three values, eight principles, and one rule that beats all of them: tell the truth, even when it costs us something.
Others Before Self

The student, the client, and the team win before ego. We do the unsexy work so other people can do their best work.
Ever Learning

If you're not learning, you're falling behind. Not being good at something is a skill deficiency, not a character flaw. We reward the people who teach others.

“Looks fine” is failure. “I checked” is the standard. We assume something is wrong until we verify it. Every time.
